Your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Design, develop, and integrate lithium-ion cell systems to optimize overall performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into larger applications;
- Conduct system-level testing and troubleshoot issues;
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of lithium-ion cell systems.

Profile:
- University degree in Material science and engineering, chemical engineering;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience;
- Experience and knowledge about the key parameters for Battery/Cell design;
- Knowledge of the prismatic cell design, pouch cell design, and their differences in the design;
- Experience and knowledge about the key parameters for Battery/Cell design;
- Precision and timeliness in work, a high level of dedication and responsibility to the job;
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to operate in a dynamic international environment;
- Good verbal and written skills in English.
